Kitchen Town (Kappabashi)

Bunch of shops selling cook supplies to Jap restaurants.
Specialized stores for dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, stoves, tables, chairs, signs, lanterns and more.
There are also a few stores which sell plastic and wax food samples, used by many restaurants in their show windows.



From Ueno, take the Tokyo Metro's Ginza line to Tawaramachi, one stop before Asakusa. 3 min ¥170 Take Exit 3
Walk four blocks west and turn right at the chef's head.
This one seems easiest to get a cab from the station - should be less than ¥1000
Or get a cab from Ueno ¥1100-1400
